Refund Policy — Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable once it has started, except where this policy or applicable law says otherwise. Fees paid in advance for future periods that haven't started will be refunded.

Are deposits for professional services refundable?

Deposits and milestone payments cover work as it is performed. Amounts for work already delivered or in progress are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled before work begins, we refund amounts paid less any costs reasonably incurred in preparation.

What if I was charged in error or twice?

Contact us within thirty (30) days of the charge and we will investigate promptly. Verified billing errors are refunded in full.

What happens if a service fails to perform?

If a paid Service is materially unavailable or fails to perform as described in your Agreement, and we cannot remedy it within a reasonable time after notification, you may be entitled to a pro-rated refund for the affected period. Any service-level credits in your Agreement apply first.

How do I request a refund?

Submit a request through the customer support portal or the contact form, including the invoice or receipt number, the amount, and the reason. We aim to respond within five (5) business days; approved refunds are issued within fourteen (14) business days of approval.

Does this policy limit my statutory rights?

No. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia) or other applicable law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
